Directions
- Get a mixing bowl: stir in it the chili, chili flakes, garlic, lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin,
sultanas, pine nuts, half the olive oil and 1 tsp salt. - Stir the chicken into the chili mix the cover it. Place it in the fridge for 32 min.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat. Heat the rest of the oil in it. Brown in it the chicken
for 3 min on each side. - Place the orange piece on top of the chicken then let them cook until the chicken is done.
Combine in the mint. Serve it warm. - Enjoy.
