Directions
- Before you do anything preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Discard the skin of the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
- Mix the harissa, olive oil, salt, and sesame seeds. Add the potato and toss it to coat.
- Spread the potato mix on a greased baking sheet. Cook them in the oven for 24 min. flip
the potato chunks and cook them for another 24 min.
- Toss the roasted potato with the sea salt then serve it warm.
- Enjoy.
