made of thick cotton. The only external pocket, ontop of
thebag, is ripped,andoneofthe two aluminiumtubes
that make up the internal frame has broken throughthe
canvasat the bottom.The armstrapsandthe two small
strapswith buckleson either side aregold-coloured; there
is no waist strap. There is an embroideredbadgeon the
top pocket, a souvenir of theLakeDistrict.
