THE DREAM: “It was our dream
to design and build an eco-friendly
home that fits into our environment
perfectly,” says Karen. “It’s meant to
look like it is hovering above the
fynbos (plants) and to have minimal
impact on its surroundings.”
WHY NOW? “We’d been looking for
the right piece of land for some time,
and by chance this block came up for
sale. We were lucky enough to have the
