IN ASSEMBLY
Three of our Year 8 students supported Ms Gajjar in
assembly, demonstrating the difference between an
‘ organised ’ and ‘ disorganised ’ routine, before and after

Brookvale Groby Learning Campus was thrilled to, once
again, be the host of the ‘ Talk the Talk ’ event, which involves
pupils from our local Primary Schools. Wonderfully
compered by two of our Year 9 students - Harry Smith and
Luka Frosch, pictured here - the pupils, chosen from their
respective Primary Schools, talked to an engrossed audience
for 2 or 3 minutes each, on a topic of their own choice.
‘ Talk the Talk ’ has always been a delightful evening, bringing
pupils and parents/carers together from the local area, and
helping children develop both their confidence and
presenting skills.Well done to all involved, and here ’ s to another highly

We believe that mental health is a vital aspect of overall wellbeing, and we want to provide a
platform that empowers students to take proactive steps in caring for their mental health.
YouHQ is a safe space where support, resources, and community come together to promote a
healthier mind.
We will soon be sending students their login details. The app allows our Designated
Safeguarding Leaders with mental health wellbeing, so that early help can be provided.
youHQ is a multi - functioning wellbeing and personal development tool which enable schools to:- Accurately assess whole school wellbeing and highlight students who may need more support, through validated
built - in surveys and YouHQ FOCUS feature - Teach students the skills to enhance personal development and wellbeing 24/7 with our catalogue of resources
- Facilitate and improve teacher - to - student relationships
- Report wellbeing - related safeguarding concerns
- Improve parent - school relationships through our snapshot termly reports.
