her pink tutu and ballet shoes, she subjected
her family to countless per formances which,
in hindsight, were clearly a sign of things to
come. Fast for ward to today and Miranda,
acclaimed actor, screenplay writer and proud
Larrakia woman, has recently celebrated the

her childhood in Kakadu National Park, she

GROWING PAINS
In her early teens, Miranda discovered the
thrill of telling stories onstage and her dream
to act was born. But along with big dreams
there also came doubt – and doubters. So
what would she tell her younger self today
