Head to your local record store today to
celebrate all things music! “Record Store
Day isn’t just a chance to grab limited
vinyl releases and celebrate independent
mom-and-pop stores, there’s a special
energ y to it,” says Courtney Devores of
Lunchbox Records in Charlotte, North
Carolina. “Even if you aren’t a collector, it’s
worth coming in throughout the day. It’s
a unique shopping experience, and there
are usually giveaways, promotions and
sometimes live music,” she says. “Plus, you
can meet other music fans, compare wish
lists and share the experience. To find a
participating record store near you, visit
