[UK] MBSi has introduced
the VFX Wall 20:40, a modular
inflatable visual effects backdrop
designed for use within the film
and TV industries. Exclusively
available through Pinewood
MBS Lighting, VFX Wall 20:40
is supplied in a choice of VFX
Wall Green or VFX Wall Blue.
Available in 20x40ft sections,
the blocks can be mixed and
matched to create all manner of
VFX backdrops, with additional
sizes due to be released shortly.

now available from IPS
[UK] Prolyte’s LSU modular LED screen support system is now available to hire from IPS.
LSU’s design means that nothing protrudes in front of the supported LED screen, as all ballast
and structure are concealed at the rear. LSU is designed to be used indoors for almost any LED
screen system that has modules in 500mm wide multiples, such as the Prolights Apix, Chauvet
PVP and X series screens stocked by IPS.
Packaged into neat flightcased kits, users can simply hire the number of kits needed, add
ballast and an LED screen to complete their set-up. The kits from IPS contain a selection of
components, and by combining different numbers of kits all kinds of screen support sizes can
be constructed. If the screen needs to start higher, then IPS can supply a LiteDeck platform
to boost the structure to the height required. Each kit contains the parts needed to build a 1m
wide by 4m high support. Additional kits, and an optional longer connection bar can then be
added to make other sizes - for example four kits would be required to make a 6m wide by 4m
high support.

[UK] Triple E has redeveloped
its rearfold accessory for
the UniTrack and UniBeam
curtain carriers. The change
comes as Triple E switched
the carrier body of the
UniTrack and UniBeam from
steel to a metal replacement
polymer moulding. To
complement the re-designed
runner, the new rearfold accessory has now been updated with
a moulded, re-developed rope bridge with snap-in fasteners,
making it much quicker to fit whilst also improving the efficiency
of the carrier.
