LEDGE-NDARY SHELVES Office shelving has never been so easy, above. Cut plywood to

desired widths and heights. (The shelf backs shown here are 1/2-inch plywood cut to 24×18

inches and 24×12 inches. The horizontal shelf is 6 inches deep.) Once the pieces are cut,

assemble by affixing the backing to the shelf with 1½-inch wood screws and wood glue. Attach

the front ledge with wood glue and a nail gun. After assembly, we applied a whitewash stain.
