5th Day (Sinchíuk)
Leading all officials, the king held a ceremony celebrating the birthday of
the heir apparent of Ming China.
6th Day (Imin)
The king ordered to have Pyŏn Chungnyang exiled to Yŏnghae^89 and Yi
Hoe to Sunch’ŏn, after depriving them of their public office and rank. He
also had Pak P’o confined in Chukchu.^90
8th Day (Kapchin)
There was fog.
10th Day (Pyŏngo)
The crown prince^91 held a banquet in his residence for the members of the
royal family and high officials.
The king visited the Yongsan River^92 and inspected the lumber used in
building the Royal Ancestral Shrine.
11th Day (Chŏngmi)
The trees were covered with hoar frost.
