Kaksan;^58 Chŏng Sinŭi to Yŏnghaejin;^59 O Mongŭl to Isanjin;^60 General
Cho Hong and former General Yi Tŭng to Sunsŏngjin;^61 and Quartermaster
Kim U and Pong Wŏllyang, vice minister of the Office of Guest Affairs, to
Na m p’oji n.^62 Finally, he pardoned twenty- one officials, including Kim
Sahaeng and Cho Saŭi.

slightly.

Chang Yunhwa, his assistant, confined in the Capital Constabulary Prison.
