we took a few tries diving and bubbling using only the phone camera. He really enjoyed the result, and this eventually
prompteG him to ask for an unGerwater camera that he has useG on anG off since then This image makes me happy
because Daniel is often an anxious kid that constantly has the gears turning in his head throughout the day. He tends
to overprocess things and worry. Pictured here, he's not thinking about much of anything other than the joy of
blowing bubbles underwater. It's a reminder, to me, at least, that meditation comes in many forms.Take a step back and a deep breath, close your eyes, jump in the deep end and learn to exhale.1
