The numbers шесть – двадцaть � and три�дцать are declined like пять.

Note: All elements of a compound cardinal numeral decline:

Э�то исто�рия о двадцати� двух хоро�ших студе�нтах

‘This is a story about twenty-two good students’.

Два/две, три, четы�ре are the only numerals with animate accusative

forms. All other numerals follow the same rules when they are in the

accusative as they do when in the nominative:

Я ви�жу двух студе�нтов

‘I see two students’.

Я ви�жу пять студе�нтов

‘I see five students’.

Я ви�жу два�дцaть пять студе�нтов

‘I see twenty-five students’.

In practice. the animate forms of два/две, три, четы�ре are not used

in compounds:

Я ви�жу двa�дцать два стyдe�нта

‘I see twenty-two students’.
