Imperfective future

Combine the future tense of быть with the imperfective infinitive:

игра�ть ‘to play’

я бу�ду игра�ть мы бу�дем игpа�ть

ты бу�дешь игра�ть вы бу�дете игра�ть

он/она�/оно� бу�дет игра�ть они� бу�дут игра�ть

Past tense

Imperfective and perfective past

The imperfective and perfective past are formed in exactly the same

way from their respective verbs. Remove the -ть from the infinitive and

replace it by:

-л masculine singular

-ла feminine singular

-ло neuter singular

-ли all plurals

чита�ть ‘to read’ (imperfective)

я/ты/он чита�л мы/вы/они� чита�ли

я/ты/она� чита�ла

оно� чита�ло

прочита�ть ‘to read’ (perfective)

я/ты/он пpочита�л мы/вы/они� пpочита�ли

я/ты/она� пpочита�ла

оно� прочита�ло

The endings on reflexive verbs are -лcя, -лась, -лось, -лись:

одева�ться ‘to get dressed’

я/ты/он одева�лся оно� одева�лось

я/ты/она� одева�лась мы/вы/они� одева�лись
