In the men’s doubles finals, Jan
Zandecki and Konrad Kulpa
from Zamojski Academy took
first place after defeating
Kamil Kurowski and Lukasz
Sokolowski from Maria Curie-
Sklodowska University, both
teams from Poland.


The women‘s doubles title was
won by Jiaqi Meng and Denise
Payet from the University of
Nottingham, who defeated
Katarzyna Wegrzyn and Anna
Wegrzyn from the Wroclaw
University of Economics from
Poland in the finals.


Two Polish universities battled
for the championship in the


men‘s singles final, with
Jan Zandecki representing
Zamojski Academy winning
after defeating Kamil Kurowski
from Maria Curie-Sklodowska
University.

Jiaqi Meng of the University of
Nottingham won the women‘s
singles championship in the final
against Zdena Blaskova of the
University of Ostrava.

The next European Universities
Table Tennis Championship will
be held in Burdur, Turkey, from
November 11th to 16th, 2025,
just before the Table Tennis
tournament taking place at the
European Universities Games
in Debrecen-Miskolc, Hungary,
in 2024.
