Franco has been working as a project
manager in the design and construc-
tion industry for the last thirty years.
He picked up a camera at the end of
the COVID pandemic and started his
foray into photography as a creative
outlet. A self-pro-
claimed hobbyist
and photography
enthusiast — who
still has a very
long way to go in
finding his own
personal vision of
