Rules of the Game
SCORING SYSTEM
RULE 1: USE BODMAS
When creating equations, always follow the
BODMAS rule (Brackets, Orders, Division,
Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction). This ensures
that math operations are done in the correct
order.
RULE 2: PLACE TILES EACH TURN
On your turn, you must place at least one tile to
create an equation. You cannot skip your turn
without using at least one tile to contribute to the
equation.
When the equation you’ve place is incomplete,
other players can use their tiles to complete the
equation.
RULES 3: DON’T USE EXTRA TILES
THAT EQUAL ZERO
You cannot use extra tiles that cancel each other
out to make an equation that equals zero, like
(+7) - 7 or (×6) ÷ 6. These types of equations are
not allowed because they don't help create a
meaningful math equation.
RULES 4: DON’T REPEAT
EQUATIONS
You cannot use the same exact equation as
another player. Be creative and come up with
different ways to reach the target number.
Each number tile has a
different point value based on
its rarity:
Common Tiles: 1 point
each.
Uncommon Tiles: 2 points
each.
Rare Tiles: 3 points each.
TILES RARITY
BONUS POINTS
You can earn 1 extra bonus
points for using special
combinations in your
equation, equation must have
at least 3 different operations.
COMPLETED
EQUATIONS ONLY
Points are awarded only if your
equation exactly equals the
target number.
If the equation doesn’t match
the target number, you do not
score any points for that turn.
SPECIAL TILES
Just like Scrabble, the game
board will have special tiles for
double or triple points.
