eDiNBurg, TX, March 15, 2013. A new wave of UFO sightings
across the world will be discussed this weekend at Edinburg’s
“Out of This World” conference and festival. Attendees will
share their UFO stories, listen to talks by leading UFO
researchers, and take part in an alien costume contest. The
gathering is expected to attract hundreds of people, both
believers and skeptics.
A recent widely publicized report of an unidentified
flying object came from actor Russell Crowe, who posted a
23-second video clip on YouTube this month. He tweeted
that he and a friend had set up a time-exposure camera to

capture fruit bats in Australia’s Royal Botanic Gardens, and
that the UFO was a big surprise to them. Crowe’s video shows
two oblong, glowing red or yellow objects, one above the
other. They are moving in tandem, with one object appearing
to cast a beam of light downward toward the ground.
Other recent sightings have occurred over several parts
of Texas. One object that drew particular attention was
supposedly caught on camera at a well site near Laredo.
The UFO organization that released the photo described
the object as saucer-shaped and 60 feet wide, with four
lights.
