elcome to BDM’s Stay Connected magazine. This
publication is very different to our usual titles. Not only
was it complied 100% remotely, working via video chat and
messaging but amazingly this title covers all of our key platforms
in a single magazine. We never thought we would have a magazine
where our expert staff have worked across magazines but also
across operating systems and hardware. Who would have thought
that we would see the day when Ian would be happy to
work on an Android publication and Russ would be
seen in public using an iPhone? Yet as we all know,
all too well, these aren’t usual times.As we all pine for normality, the various stages
of lock down and social isolating really show
how much we take human contact for granted.
The thought of people being isolated and not
able to reach out to family and friends during
these trying times is one none of us at BDM
want to imagine. This was our inspiration to
put together this free publication. Covering
all major hardware and operating systems we
want to be your one stop guide to connecting
to one another through your consumer
technology, via voice, video and text chat.
Our goal from day one was simply to help.
Help take away the fear that technology
often invokes, help build the user’s
confidence and ultimately help expand
