BIOSHOCK: THE COLLECTION
Switch
All three games in this brilliant FPS series
make the move to Switch this May, starting
in BioShock’s deranged underwater utopia
and ultimately finishing in BioShock Infinite’s
floating city. These memorable solo
campaigns are perfect for whiling away
the hours stuck inside your flat.

BORDERLANDS
LEGENDARY COLLECTION
Switch
Rounding out the port party is a trio of
raucous Borderlands shooters in a single
package, letting you romp across cartoon
battlefields as you wield insane weapons
and blast anything that moves. Best
enjoyed in four-player online co-op.

XCOM 2 COLLECTION
Switch
Seeking something a bit more strategic?
The Xcom 2 Collection hits Switch at the
same time, bringing its turn-based tactics
to portable screens. As the last hope of the
human race, you’ll seek to repel the alien
occupation of Earth – and the War of the
Chosen expansion campaign is included.

Dig the thought of a banging
mash-up of Lil Nas X’s Old
Town Road and Billie Eilish’s
Bad Guy, perhaps adding a bit
of Smash Mouth’s All Star and
Lady Gaga’s Born This Way?
Neither do we, but that’s the
kind of aural mayhem you
can cook up in Fu se r, the

latest game from the rhythm
wizards at Harmonix.
While they’re responsible
for everything from Guitar
Hero and Rock Band to Dance
Central, Fu se r is actually a
sonic sibling to Harmonix’s
re ce nt DropMix – the hybrid
board game and tablet party
experience that has a cult
following but never achieved
wide appeal. This title turns

that concept into a more
straightforward videogame
without the need for costly
accessories, letting you mix
and match elements from
more than 100 licensed songs
to produce wild results.
As in DropMix, we’re most
keen on experimenting with
the samples and producing
wicked remixes to share
online, but there’s actually

a gameplay component to
it too: as a festival DJ, you’ll
drop in different selections
at prompted times while
responding to fan requests,
plus there’s a multiplayer
element in the mix.
Harmonix can do no wrong
with rhythm gaming, so we’re
lining up to drop the beat
when Fu se r launches later
this year.
