Cookie Pizza Party!
Any way you slice it, this ‘pie’ is a good time
waiting to happen

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with
foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Take 470g refrigerated shop-bought sugar-
cookie dough and knead ¼ cup cake flour into it until
combined. With hands, roll dough into a ball, then
pat into a disc. Place disc in centre of baking tray. With

a rolling pin, roll dough into a 28cm round. Bake for
20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

  1. While crust bakes, set out spreads and toppings.
(See above for suggested combinations.) While ‘pizza’
is still warm, use a pizza cutter or a large chef’s knife
to cut into 8 wedges. Top entire pie with your favourite
spread and topping, or treat as a palette, letting your
budding artists create a different flavour for each
    wedge. Serves 8.
