justtotheleftofsomeoneinclear
water,butthey’renotovertaking
thatperson.Thereforea goodmove
is to give up a couple of strokes and
justsitinbehind.It won’tcostyou
anytime,butit willconserveyoua
lotofenergyandthen,if youdo
haveextraenergy,getridofit atthe
endtosurgeaheadratherthan
wastingit inthemiddleoftheswim.
