coolslightly.Arrange1 fennelbulb(sliced
intowedges)and 40 g watercressona
servingdish.Topwiththeroastpears
andshallots.Topwith 150 g chevinand
sprinklewithtoastedwalnuts.Pourthe
panjuicesoverthesaladtoserve.
