Server–based connection, you supply the appropriate connection string, which includes the server name
and database or catalog for the connection. Next, choose to store the credentials securely on the server,
and supply a name and password—in this case, SQL authentication credentials. Finally, choose to hide
the data source in list view so that you can prevent users from accidentally selecting it when browsing.
Your configuration should look similar to Figure 10-9. After you click the Apply button to create the data
source, all you need to do is associate the report to the new shared data source, which you’ll do in the
following section.
