Consider the following features of the crop tool in Camera Raw:
- If you don’t like your crop, you can abandon it by clicking
outside the image in the gray area of the interface. - You can change the aspect ratio of your crop on-the-fly by
choosing one of the preset ratios or setting custom dimen-
sions. Press and hold the crop tool icon to see a pop-up
menu of your choices. - If you’d like to see a preview of your crop, simply change
to a different tool. To readjust your crop, choose the crop
tool again. - Finally, like every other thing you do in Camera Raw, this
edit is temporary, even after you close the file. Anytime you
open the image in Camera Raw, your crop is readjustable
by simply clicking the crop tool.
- Return to the Bridge Click the Done button to return to the
Bridge. The Preview window displays your image with all its
changes, as in Figure 9-17.
