COMIC BOOKS

Brussels with the comic-strip
museum, the Centre Belge de
la Bande Dessinée (see p62),
cites itself as the comic book
capital. However, many cities
in Belgium claim this title and
specialist comic strip book-
shops, with a range of titles,
are found in all urban centres.

and mugs. The brand is very

carefully protected and offi-

cial merchandise is tasteful
