accessibleto
photographerslikemewho
can’taffordthenew
top-of-the-range
products.Yes,today’s
camerasmayhavemore
megapixelsbuttonormal
hobbyists,wouldwenotbe
morethanhappywith the
olderequipment?

theprintertohaveat that
timewitha singleblack

I alwaysusedcompatible
inkswiththisprinter,and
stillgotgreatresults,with
runningcostswellwithin
mybudget.I evenbought
anotheronesecond-hand,
touseasa backup.
Whatthisprinter
coulddothatnoother
budgetprintercando,
rightuptomyEpson 1400
andalsoCanonPRO
100S,is printfromthe
blackcartridgeonly.This
gavememonoprintsfree
of anycolourcasts.
I havespokentoEpson
staffatvarioustradefairs
buttheyhavenevergiven
mea satisfactory
explanationastowhythe
Epson 1400 andlater

derogatorycommentson
noise,andthelenses
beyondf/8.Myviewis the
Olympussystemdelivers
onimagequality,portability
anditscamerasand lenses
areinspirational.
