Actress Anne Hathaway and
her husband Adam Shulman are
listing their Manhattan apart-
ment, a full-floor penthouse in a
Neo-Georgian style row house on
the Upper West Side, for $3.495
million.
The two-bedroom home is ac-
cessed directly
by private ele-
vator and has a
large open-plan
living, dining
and kitchen
area leading
out to a pri-
vate terrace.
Listing im-
ages show the
couple’s mini-
mal style; there
is a white mar-
ble-toned fire-
place, a large television that trans-
forms into a mirror when it is
turned off and a blush-colored
curved sofa.
The couple bought the apart-
ment for $2.55 million in 2016, re-
cords show. They then embarked
on an extensive renovation, in-
stalling herringbone patterned
white-oak floors, reconfiguring
Beaux-Arts elements on its facade,

Shulman is an actor and producer.
