Easter cake and use it to upsell. Make sure you have great mince
pies at Christmas and make a storyout of your own special recipe.
Use these opportunities to upsell and make the customer feel great.
Why not give a rose to every female regular who comes in on
Valentines Day? Do something differentbut keep ramping up
the loyalty and get the staff involved so that they understand that
creating a special experience is a good thing to do.
If you operate in the evenings then make damn sure you have a
Valentines night menu. This is a BIG spend night – don’t lose out. Or
even have a special Valentines menu for lunch. Something a little
different. It keeps your business interesting for customers andstaff.
