Ten Great Mailing Ideas for Past Clients
1.Mail a letter.Send a hand-written letter to your
past clients. Let them know how you’ve been and
what’s going on in the market. Not only will this
be harder to throw out than junk mail, but it will
be personal.
2.Send holiday cards. Buy holiday cards from a
store; don’t use your office or company cards.
You’ll want to be as personal as you can be. Sign
each card and hand-address each envelope. In-
clude some business cards in each envelope for re-
ferrals to friends and family.
3.Mail local newsletters.If you can, mail your past
clients a newsletter specifically about the area
they live in. This will keep them in the loop with
