yourself a lunch. Making a lunch can save you
time, money, and doesn’t slow you down like fast

3.Eat often.Eat when you’re hungry. Don’t put off
eating and go starving while making phone calls.
Hunger will distract you while you work. How
can you focus on selling yourself and your serv-
ices and think about food at the same time? You
won’t perform at your best if you do. Further-

your balance. What I find to work best is to take
many small breaks and eat modest portions. Such
a routine will prevent you from being “stuffed”
and also gives you the breaks you need to keep
sane and not burn out.
