Although the leads that you’ll receive from a good
FSBO lead provider will be organized in some fashion,
they are not set up for you to make calls most effectively.
Usually they will be sent in a format containing the basic
information that you’ll need when calling. I would advise
you to input all of the FSBO information from a lead
provider into your FSBO Journal template. This guides
your FSBO conversation and helps you with the essential
questions and rankings for following up with your FSBOs.
