Step 5 Take one of the cushion back
pieces and turn one long edge under
by ½in (1.5cm) then ½in (1.5cm) again
AND฀STITCH฀DOWN฀TO฀THE฀HEM฀2EPEAT฀
THIS฀WITH฀THE฀OTHER฀CUSHION฀BACK฀PIECE

Step 6 Place the cushion front right
side up then place one back piece
RIGHT฀SIDE฀DOWN฀OVER฀THAT ฀LINING฀UP฀THE฀
RAW฀EDGES฀AT฀ONE฀END฀AND฀THE฀SIDES

Step 7 Place the other hemmed back
PIECE฀RIGHT฀SIDE฀DOWN฀ON฀TOP ฀LINING฀UP฀
THE฀RAW฀EDGE฀AT฀THE฀OTHER฀END฀SO฀THAT฀
THE฀HEMMED฀EDGES฀OVERLAP

Step 8 Stitch the front and back pieces
TOGETHER฀ALL฀THE฀WAY฀ROUND฀THE฀EDGES฀
and press the seams open.

Step 9฀฀4URN฀THE฀COVER฀RIGHT฀SIDES฀OUT฀
press and insert the pad to finish.
