Wa ke

up earlier
We know it sounds painful,butit’s
worth considering getting up beforeyour
tot and reclaiming the (usually hectic)early
morning as your own. There’s somethingso
lovely about that peaceful periodoftime
before the rest of the world wakesup,
when you can set aside a vitalportion
of ‘me-time’ to check in with
yourself without
interruption.

Make time for you
It’s extra challengingtofindsomeme-timeright

howtodoit...
Ditch
your phone
We’re all guilty of getting sucked into
endlessly scrolling social media, and your
phone can quickly eat up your time, without
you even realising it. Think about setting up
‘Do Not Disturb’ breaks in your phone settings,
to help eliminate distractions at certain points
in the day. Even though this will only be
small chunks of ‘free time’, use it to try
some breathing exercises – or just
enjoy doing nothing at all!
Schedule
it in!
