fan160°C/gas4.Greasea
20x30cmcaketinandlinewith
non-stickbakingpaper.
2 Putalltheingredientsfor
thecakeexcepttheplumsina
largebowl.Usinganelectric
handmixer,whiskfor2 min.Fold
inthechoppedplums,thenpour
themixtureintotheprepared
caketinandlevelthetopwith
a spatula.Arrangethehalved
orquarteredplumsontop
