excited to see it arrive through the letterbox

was five-years-old on the boat from Australia

to England. My mother taught me, I think

in the hope that I would sit still and not fall

knitting very relaxing andam never without a

new idea or inspiration. Many of my creations

are inspiredby my two grandchildren which

is probably why I love to make gnomes – I
