How to make the tags

(^1) Decide whether you want to decorate the
side or bottom of the tag then, staying as
close to the edge of the tag as possible, stick
down the tape. Trim away any excess tape.
(^2) Loop a length of Baker's twine through the
hole in the top of the tag, to finish.
How to make the pegs
(^1) Centre the washi tape design over the
peg. Line up with the edge along the top half
of the peg before the wire pin, then stick in
place. Trim away the excess tape.
2 Repeat for the bottom segment of the peg
below the wire pin, making sure any pattern
on your tape is neatly aligned.
How to make the cookie cutters
(^1) Starting on the bottom corner of the
cookie cutter, wrap the patterned tape neatly
around the cutter, making sure that the
pattern is centred in the middle of the cutter.
Tape the whole way around the cookie cutter,
making sure that the tape is neatly pressed
into any curves and grooves.
(^2) Choose a contrasting colour for the edges
and, starting at the same point as before and
slightly overlapping the first tape, go all the
wayaroundthecutter.Becarefulonthe
cutteredgeasthismaybesharp.Onceyou
have done this, you now need to fold over
the tape. To do this neatly, snip into the tape
at various points around the cutter,
particularly on curved areas, fold over to stick
on the inside of the cutter.
(^3) Repeat step 2 to attach matching tape to
the opposite side of the cookie cutter.

coordinating colour and tie it around the top
of the decoration. Glue the twine together
where it meets to help stabilize the
decoration when it hangs.
