Ch 4, sl st to 1st ch to form ring.
Rnd 1 (RS): Ch 5 (counts as dc, ch-2 sp), [dc, ch 2] 6 times in ring,
dc in ring, hdc to 3rd ch of t-ch, do not turn—8 dc.
Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as dc), [ch 1, picot] twice, ch 1, dc in next
ch-2 sp; rep from around to last ch-2 sp, [ch 1, picot] twice, ch 1,
sl st to 3rd ch of t-ch, fasten off—8 ch-sps.
Rnd 3: Join yarn to ch-sp btw picots with sl st, sc in same sp, ch 7,
sc to next ch-sp btw picot; rep from around, ending ch 7, sl st to
1st sc, do not turn—8 sc.
Rnd 4: [Sc, hdc, 9 dc, hdc, sc] in ea ch-7 sp around, sl st to 1st sc,
