ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS
4 sets of 10 reps each side
Stand with the dumbbells at your
thighs (A). Hinge at your hips, lifting
one leg behind you until the weights
reach your ankles (B), then reverse.

03 / RENEGADE ROW
4 sets of 10 reps each side
Drop into a high plank, tensing your
glutes (A). Start the rep by using
your lats to row one weight to your
hip (B). Don’t let your torso twist.
Repeat on the opposite side.
