Mr. Jazwinski organized recent school play ticket sales
data in a table. Then he displayed the data in a line graph.

Line graphs are useful for showing changes in data

over time.

What trend does the graph show about ticket sales?
To determine the trend, look for a rise (shows the
data is increasing) or a fall (shows the data is decreasing)
in the line between two points.

Ticket sales increased from day 1 to day 3 and from
day 4 to day 6; ticket sales decreased from day 3
to day 4.
