Analysis and Design of a Modern SCADA System

The total numbers of bits for each feeder and transformer or

substation can be concluded from Table 3.6; as 49bits for each feeder and

17bits for the transformer and substation.The total substation uploaded

bitsis calculated by equation (3-21bellow.

Total substation uploaded bits= no. of feeder *feeder bits (49bits) +substation bits(17bits)... ( 3 - 21)
