CHAPTER SUMMARY
In this chapter we have reviewed how to find the distance traveled by an
object in motion along a line and (for BC students) along a
parametrically defined curve in a plane. We’ve also looked at a broad
variety of applications of the definite integral to other situations where
definite integrals of rates of change are used to determine accumulated
change, using limits of Riemann Sums to create the integrals required.
