(Marvins-Underground-K-12) #1

  1. (T, T, CE) The density of a gas at STP is found by dividing the molecular
    mass by 22.4 L. NH 3 has a gram-molecular mass of N = 14 + 3H = 3 or a
total of 17 g. The gram-molecular mass of Ar is 40 g. The density of each can
be found by dividing by 22.4 L, but obviously the density of the ammonia will
    be smaller.
