(C) The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) gives the
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the authority to control hazardous
waste from the “cradle-to-the-grave,” which includes the generation,
transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.
