Capacity Remarks

 The average en-route delay per flight, in summer 2019, remained at the same level as

in 2018

 53% of the Summer delays were due to ATC staffing, 29% due to ATC capacity, 10%

due to airspace management, 4% due to Weather and 3% due to Equipment.
