ELISIA CHOI MOVED to a new city and began work as an intern in a major

public relations firm. Her first project update to a group of clients clearly

explained the proposed design and demonstrated her ability to organize and

present complex ideas. Shortly thereafter she was hired to a full-time position

in the company. When asked why she spends so much time planning her

speeches, she replied,
