- For incline planes, it is often convenient to rotate the axis such that the x-direction points down the incline and
the y-direction points perpendicular to the surface. This will make the math easier to work with as there will
be less vectors to break into components.

- To calculate the net force on an object, you need to calculate all the individual forces acting on the object and
then add them as vectors. This requires some mathematical skill.

- Air resistance is generally not considered in this chapter, however it is important when an object is moving
at high speeds through an atmosphere and is generally proportional to the velocity or the velocity squared for
slow or fast speeds, respectively.
