teeth.Ithangsfromanironchainnecklace.
Theamulethas 6 chargesandregains 1 d 6 chargesdailyat
dawn.Whilewearingtheamulet,youcanuseanactionto
expend 1 ofitschargestotransportyourselfandanythingyou
arewearingorcarryingtoalocationwithin 100 feetofyou.
Thedestinationyouchoosedoesn’tneedtobeinyourlineof
sight,butitmustbefamiliartoyou(inotherwords,aplace
youhaveseenorvisited),anditmustbeonthesameplaneof
existenceasyou.Thiseffectisn’tsubjecttothemagic
restrictionsplacedontheTomboftheNineGods;thus,the
amuletcanbeusedtoenterandexitthetomb.
Ifyouaren’tundead,youmustmakeaDC 16 Constitution
savingthroweachtimeyouusetheamulettoteleport.Ona
failedsavingthrow,theblackskullcacklesasyouare
transformedintransit.Thetransformationtakeseffectassoon
asyouarriveatthedestination,andisdeterminedrandomly
byrollingpercentilediceandconsultingtheBlackSkull
