- Schedule for the shoot, including contact list of personnel
and subjects - Projected schedule for post-production, including personnel
list
D. Evaluation – Please note that your evaluation will be based on the
intended depiction of your subject through the recording of footage
that appropriately portrays that topic and the construction of an editing
structure that fulfi lls the objectives agreed upon by the fi lmmakers
and the instructor.

Write a minimum of four paragraphs analyzing your work on this project.
Comment on the fulfi llment of objectives in creating this documentary. Please
note the following:
- Collaborative Work – Describe the primary roles of each contributor
to the fi lm and specify your tasks. - Pre-production and production – What steps did you go through
to make this fi lm?
a. Who was contacted?
b. Who was interviewed?
c. What research was conducted?
d. What footage of non-fi ction events and activities was fi lmed? - Post-production – Describe the course of editing the fi lm, including
key steps in the process and decisions in developing structural
elements for the motion picture. For example, how did you move
from a rough cut to fi ne cut to fi nal cut? Were any major changes
made during the editing process? Was there any reshooting? - Product – Were the objectives of the production fulfi lled through
the fi nal product? Were the elements of image, sound, and editing
eff ective in communicating the intended themes and ideas and
presenting the subjects seen in the motion picture?
