A WORD ABOUT CALCULATORS
This is an easy one. You cannot use a calculator on the SHSAT. Leave your calculator home. End of story.
The rest of this section in this book will deal with Math content review. Some of this will be familiar; some may be less familiar.
Take a look at all of it, but spend more time with the subjects that are less familiar. Even if you do not need to review a particular
subject too much, make sure you do the practice set. There’s no harm in practicing extra problems.
STREAMLINE
Look for ways to avoid doing unnecessary work. Resist the temptation to check work that must be correct.
